This men's watch from Tudor and the Pelagos collection bears the reference M25717N-0001. Where the Black Bay channels heritage, the Pelagos delivers function: titanium case, ceramic bezel, matte dial with no decorative compromise. The FXD was developed with combat swimmers from the French Navy.
At the heart of the case, the MT5602 calibre is an automatic mechanical movement certified as a chronometer by the COSC. This Swiss authority awards this title only to movements whose rate variance stays between minus 4 and plus 6 seconds per day, after fifteen days of testing in five positions and at three temperatures. Count on 70 hours of power reserve: placed on Friday evening, it will still be accurate Monday morning.
Its case is titanium. Inside sits a black dial. The whole is water-resistant to 200 metres, plenty for scuba diving without a second thought. A fabric bracelet completes the package.
